# What is HOTSPOT1?

HOTSPOT1 is a WiFi offloading device that seamlessly redirects cellular data through local WiFi networks, reducing strain on mobile carriers while improving coverage. Each device not only provides reliable internet access but also generates **rewards** for hosts. 

When mobile users enter your coverage area, their devices *automatically* switch from cellular data to your HOTSPOT1's WiFi connection, creating a more efficient and sustainable wireless ecosystem.
