# Configuring Voicemail Forwarding

## Using Karrier One Dashboard

1. **Navigate to My Services**

   Go to <https://dashboard.karrier.one/home/dashboard> and click on **"My Services"**.
2. **Select Your KNS Number**

   Click the dropdown arrow next to the phone number you wish to configure.
3. **Access Voicemail Settings**

   Click **"Configure voicemail forwarding"**.
4. **Enter Forwarding Email**
   * Click on the **"Enter Email"** field.
   * Type in your email address.
5. **Save Configuration**

   Click **"Configure"** to save your voicemail forwarding settings.

   **Success!** Your voicemail will now be forwarded to your email.
