Refunds & Buy Back Program

Karrier One Cellular radios are non-refundable once purchased.

We do, however, offer a Buy Back Program for approved deployers. If you have an unused or decommissioned radio you'd like to return, we may offer compensation based on its condition and operability.

• Available to registered deployers only

• Must include original hardware in working condition

• Evaluation is done by our internal team upon request
